I suppose it makes sense that John Keane would be true to WSP's original sound: he's named as producer on "Space Wrangler."
My friend who just went to the Idaho show had heard the carpal tunnel news also. That just doesn't go well with playing a guitar.
For anyone interested, someone has seeded a couple Beanland shows over at Dime (dimeadozen.org); you can catch some George and JoJo from their pre-Panic days. |

Let's say that George got us hard core fans over the hump. I remember being up in Indy end of spring '03 and seeing some girls w/ the "Wish You Were Here - Mikey" when the band broke it out at the end of the night. So true, but such is life.
John Keane was my initial thought when Mikey passed. George was kinda a fill-in like Hornsby was for the Dead (not to compare them musically....).
Shit, they ought to scale down the gigs to places the Fox theaters and Murat, Palace, etc and bring aboard Vic to add to Sam.
I just hope Panic keeps it up for a while longer |
