Important news from bt.etree.org!
Begining on March 17 2006, all torrents seeded at bt.etree must
include 1) checksum files (.md5, .ffp) that include a checksum for
every lossless audio file in the fileset, and 2) a copy of those
checksums pasted into the torrent description, so everyone can see
them without downloading the fileset.
If you seed a torrent without this information, it will be deleted.
We're telling you this now, so you'll know.
Of course, if there is a problem, we'll try to contact you and help
to fix it. If you don't have a valid e-mail address on your
db.etree.org account, please take a moment to add one. If we can't
contact you, we can't help you, and it be very frustrating for
everyone. Seeders who don't have valid e-mail addresses may find
their logins disabled.
This message will appear on all torrents seeded to bt.etree until
everyone has gotten the message. If your torrent has checksum files
and lists them in the description, thank you! If not, please take a
moment to edit the torrent description to include them. If you have
to add the checksum files from scratch, you'll have to pull this
torrent and start over. Sorry about that.
For help generating checksums, please visit
http://wiki.etree.org or
http://forums.etree.org/viewtopic.php?t=7025. If you have specific
questions, please post them at http://forums.etree.org and someone
will help you ASAP. Please do NOT e-mail us directly.
Thanks, and happy downloading. |

I'm biased because I was there, but I'd vote this show one of the best ever.
2 of the best nights of my life. What a fantastic summer that was...

| The Europe footage in Bittersweet Motel was filmed in 1998, so I think the Circus must be from 7/9/98 in Barcelona. |

| I'm pretty sure the Circus on BittersweetMotel is from the Rochester show (as well as the Disease) -I'm a sucka cause I missed it to do one on my final exams at ClevelandSt. But the next night one of the tapers traded me the 12/11 cassette for a pack of smokes. |

Yeah, the Circus & DWD on Bittersweet are indeed from that 12/11/97 gig....it's the Brian & Robert footage that is from Europe '98...not sure the extact date...I think that's right; somebody will correct me if not...
And Terry, I think you are right, and maybe it's because I was there for both of these nights as well, but they were both incredible...this night particularly, but Set II from the next night is amazing and the Weekapaug that closes Set I on 7/2/97 is my favourite...what Page does during that jam...but I digress....
But this night just blew me away...favourite Ghost ever; the jam out of it is some unreal spontaneous composing....after they do the worm bit it glides into some fantastic piano work by Page (I think you know where you are-are! and then Page kicks it)....and Mike is just all over this jam...and that's the first tune! Set II was unreal...the Cities jam is perfect I think....

| And no offense to the AUDs that circulate for these two nights, but I wish they'd release the SBDs...maybe for all the '97 Amsterdam gigs because that 2/17 show is fantastic as well...great venue and vibe for seeing this band for sure...they could do like an Amsterdam package download or something...hell, I'd even take the Milkweg gig from '96! A fun listen..... |
