Important news from bt.etree.org!
Begining on March 17 2006, all torrents seeded at bt.etree must
include 1) checksum files (.md5, .ffp) that include a checksum for
every lossless audio file in the fileset, and 2) a copy of those
checksums pasted into the torrent description, so everyone can see
them without downloading the fileset.
If you seed a torrent without this information, it will be deleted.
We're telling you this now, so you'll know.
Of course, if there is a problem, we'll try to contact you and help
to fix it. If you don't have a valid e-mail address on your
db.etree.org account, please take a moment to add one. If we can't
contact you, we can't help you, and it be very frustrating for
everyone. Seeders who don't have valid e-mail addresses may find
their logins disabled.
This message will appear on all torrents seeded to bt.etree until
everyone has gotten the message. If your torrent has checksum files
and lists them in the description, thank you! If not, please take a
moment to edit the torrent description to include them. If you have
to add the checksum files from scratch, you'll have to pull this
torrent and start over. Sorry about that.
For help generating checksums, please visit
http://wiki.etree.org or
http://forums.etree.org/viewtopic.php?t=7025. If you have specific
questions, please post them at http://forums.etree.org and someone
will help you ASAP. Please do NOT e-mail us directly.
Thanks, and happy downloading. |

| Ok... so it's becoming clear ya'll are gonna be stuck around 85% for awhile.... sorry, but I need to bring my lappy with me on the trip.... So ya got a couple more hours of sitting it out, till I get down to the hotel, and then I'll splurge if I have to purchase the hotels wifi connection, and then who knows, maybe they'll have a better upload speed than my measly 20k |

Thanks for the effort. Looks mighty tasty! If I were rich I would have me some MKH416's as well....but I don't have a grand plus per mic.
Again thanks for the seed and everything you've put into it. |

| That's a small basketball gym in Burlington. Panic must have been BRUTALLY LOUD in that place! Good-looking set list though. Thanks for taping and seeding. |

Ok down in AC... man speaking of being rich...you gotta be rich to afford internet for a day down here. I just payed 10.99 for 24 hours of internet and its not even wifi. I figure its actually an investment because if I'm up here on the internet, I'm not downstairs gambling. Which is probably why they charge for it in the first place. It took a minute getting it to work too. I had to reset the modem but its in a lock box, so good thing I was able to just unplug it from the wall. The speed is smokin too, I'm clockin around 130kb upload compared to my best of 40 at home. So it should be out there soon.

| Being from Essex Junction, VT, I can attest that this venue sucks balls. The sound usually sucks and echoes a bit, but more often than not, the tapes are better than being there. The last time WSP played here (2001), I left complaining about how bad the sound was, but when I got the show from a friend who set up directly in front of the board, I couldn't get over how great it sounded. If you have a chance to see a show here, pass it up unless it is a once in a lifetime deal. With that being said, don't ever see someone like MMW here. Holy shit, you leave with a migraine. |

| I couldnt agree more that this venue sounds like shit... I've been there and taped once before for Primus a few years ago and the sound is really horrible. BUT... for some reason, the tapes sound great. I plugged it into my car stereo right after the show and it was like taking cotton out of my ears. |

Anybody else having a problem with the last track of disc 2?
mine will not burn to cd...suggestions? |
| taper420 |
2006-10-04 19:41:39 |
Does it play on the computer?
Have you tried burning with a different program?
Do you have a program that burns directly from FLAC? If so try that. If you have already, try converting to WAV first.
Have you run a checksum from the fingerprint and md5 files? There is a small chance the file was corrupted during transfer, that is what these files are included for...to check if its the same as the original. I can attest that the original has no problems playing directly from FLAC or burning directly from FLAC. I'm listing to it right now.
Was the blank disc scratched toward the outer edge?
Hope everything works out.... lemme know how it sounds. |
