Transfer: MAC playback on Nakamichi DR-2 > Presonus Firebox/Neutrik Input > firewire > XP Pro PC/Wavelab 5 (recorded as 24bit/96 KHz WAV) > Waves L3, rendered to 16/44.1 using Waves IDR hi res CD dither settings > CDWAV 1.9 > FLAC (level 8 encoding). Digital transfer, rendering and FLAC encoding by C.Ladner.

Thanks to Bill for sharing his master for transfer.
Drums segues into a Jam leading into Eyes. Drummer's continue playing throughout. No Space. Jerry teases the New Speedway Boogie riff before settling into... Spoonful <sigh>.
This performance sucks by most people's standards if you check out the reviews at the live music archive - you'd think the dead always got the words right at all other shows the way most critics talk the talk about this show...
CD burners/listeners are gonna burn a short disc III. There is just no way around it. I tried to chop out some dead space/tuning before Get Back along with some other gaps, but its not enough to get the Encore onto the end of Disc I, or get Set II onto a single 80 minute disc. Since Set II is pretty much seamless, I left it on a single disc and put the encore on one.

Important news from bt.etree.org!

| I flew out from Boston for these weekday shows. They Stuffed the tapers in the back of the balcony and I don't remeber this tape sounding so good, but it does, Chris assumed it was a FOB when he transfered it. There is only 1 other source in circulation of this show. The next two nights will follow. Enjoy! |

I don't remember the "Get Back" being very good at all.
From one of the reviews of this night on the Archive:
"How bad was this show? I was standing next to Jerry after the first set ended and someone yelled "Great set Jerry!" and Jerry yelled back, "It sucked!" After the show was over Jerry went into the backstage band room and apologized to Phil & Mickey for playing so bad."
