| Description | I´ve seen some young Neil shows at etree, for example http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=501289, thanks for that one.
This here is one of my favourite young Neil shows, one of the best in history of Rock.
You´ll hear many songs from "Tonight´s The Night" here, 03rd November 1973. This record was released later on in 1975.
Today we have the 33th anniversary of this event.

Begining on March 17 2006, all torrents seeded at bt.etree must
include 1) checksum files (.md5, .ffp) that include a checksum for

Dennis, CITS is on the recording from London two days later. I don´t have that one (now). db.etree hasn´t CITS listed. It seems any recording of 11-03-06 has it, maybe anybody at all has it ~ maybe it will surface some day.
If this one works I´ll bring up 11-15-1973 which has Cowgirl In The Sand. P&L |

yeah, that's right as the SM Flyers was the same band as Crazy Horse on the European Tour. I can't remember the story behind Neil insisting on the name change, but I'm sure it was one of those bizarre Neil things... |

This shoud be banned.
Neil Young is not OK with taping or trading. The only Neil Young that should be on this tracker is from open taping festivals like HORDE or Bonaroo. |

that's not necessarily true that Neil is against taping and trading in and of themselves, unless he's changed his mind since the late 90s. He is a big time opponent of the bootlegging sales industry though.
I seriously doubt he'd have any problem with a bunch of average joes collecting his shows for their own enjoyment, as long as the majority of them buy his official stuff each year as well. |

I'm sure you're correct there to an extent. However, from my own experience, I've seen Neil's road crew bust tapers who were not so stealthy a couple times and give them the 3rd degree before kicking them out at shows in the latter 90s.
My point is meant to protect the etree tracker. Uploaders here are supposed to confirm before uploading that a torrent is permitted by band/artist policy. Let's not jeapordize our fully above-board tracker when there are so many other trackers like The Traders' Den and Dime a Dozen with more open policies. |

Dime hasn't got such an open policy that you might think. They follow the list of bands who don't allow taping/trading very carefully and Neil is not on that list. His comments on the link from HyperRust is quite well known and even though his crew may be quite offended by tapers, his own policy is right there in his own words.
Santa Monica Flyers was really not the same band as Crazy Horse. Whitten was of course dead and Neil just decided to use Talbot and Molina for a new band, and adding Nils Lofgren and Ben Keith.
There is a complete version of this show circulating which includes the missing Cowgirl In The Sand btw. |

| i u/L'd a dc show i taped recently. it got banned. could have been for technica lreasons. but i checked what could be u/L'd on bt.tree and there was no mention of neil young. if you don't want any ny on etree, put it on the no u/L list. |
