Important news from bt.etree.org!
Begining on March 17 2006, all torrents seeded at bt.etree must
include 1) checksum files (.md5, .ffp) that include a checksum for
every lossless audio file in the fileset, and 2) a copy of those
checksums pasted into the torrent description, so everyone can see
them without downloading the fileset.

NO SKERIK.
i don't know who wrote that setlist note, but the guy playing sax on those tracks was (...drumroll...), uh, mofro's sax player, nathan shepherd. i can't understand how/why that "skerik" note got added to the setlist, given that:
(1) JJ introduces the band, including "nathan shepherd on saxophone and keyboards".
(2) even though there's PLENTY of banter, shout-outs, and thank-yous, there is no mention of skerik sitting in.
(3) anyone who's into skerik will tell you that's very clearly not him playing.
and since the next-most-recent comment on this torrent is over a year old, i guess my "setlist correction" is a little late (read: "totally pointless"). but i agree with that 16-month-old comment: i love this old (original?) mofro lineup. |
