|Important news from bt.etree.org!
Begining on March 17 2006, all torrents seeded at bt.etree must
include 1) checksum files (.md5, .ffp) that include a checksum for
every lossless audio file in the fileset, and 2) a copy of those
checksums pasted into the torrent description, so everyone can see
them without downloading the fileset.
If you seed a torrent without this information, it will be deleted.
We're telling you this now, so you'll know.
Of course, if there is a problem, we'll try to contact you and help
to fix it. If you don't have a valid e-mail address on your
db.etree.org account, please take a moment to add one. If we can't
contact you, we can't help you, and it be very frustrating for
everyone. Seeders who don't have valid e-mail addresses may find
their logins disabled.
This message will appear on all torrents seeded to bt.etree until
everyone has gotten the message. If your torrent has checksum files
and lists them in the description, thank you! If not, please take a
moment to edit the torrent description to include them. If you have
to add the checksum files from scratch, you'll have to pull this
torrent and start over. Sorry about that.
For help generating checksums, please visit
http://forums.etree.org/viewtopic.php?t=7025. If you have specific
questions, please post them at http://forums.etree.org and someone
will help you ASAP. Please do NOT e-mail us directly.
Thanks, and happy downloading.
|great show, met the band before the show, gave us backstage passes.Outstanding shows!!! after the show Jo-Jo grabbed a couple of bud cans off the bus for me and my buddy hung out for about 20 minutes before they headed to Montreal.
thanks for getting this out there!!
|wow, this looks excellent!! thank you
|The whole show exist in a few aud sources, but this may be the first time sbd tracks have surfaced.
|Yep and Harbor lights sounds shitty even when you are there... tapes don't help much so this is a find...good going Wilker!
|The dat that was givin to me had 3 chunks of music. I guess these were portions to be considered for LIGHT FUSE and subsequently the Pickin' Up The Pieces was chosen.
|Wilker---Will the remaining parts of this show surface? I had lost all hope of finding this show again, and never thought a SBD would pop up. This is like finding pristine dinosaur bones in your backyard!!! Thank you thank you.
|This was a great show! I taped it in the 10th row. I ran b+k 4022>sonosax sx-m2>sbm-1>dap-1. Came out great.I gave the masters to someone to transfer. But it hasn't surfaced yet. The Pieces rips,it's on Light the fuse album.
|mwilker, this stuff has all ruled hombre, muchas muchas gracias. any chances we'll see 5.4.97 i think their first appearance at jazzfest? i have a dsbd cassette that i dont think ive seen circulate much but its 5th gen. Nuthin' crazy but it's pretty tight, would dig an upgrade f'sho. Thanks yo.
|Yes- I have a dsbd of the '97 jazzfest. I will try to remaster soon.
Will the other parts of this sbd show up? Don't think so, these tracks were a gift for me. ENJOY.
|i too have fond memories of this night, maybe i cant quote as good as lynchie can about that night, alls i remember is taping up close (def fob) next to a guy from the south named Eli, he claimed his brother played in som popular country band - i think he was running AKGs > modpani255 and i remember it bein a great night - lynchie and i would come to be good friends soon herafter - thanks for upload of what you ended up with
|Is their Earth Day Fest performance at the Hatch Shell from earlier in 97 around? My roommate at the time was from Georgia and took us too the show. I remember some long segue. It was cool. Robert Palmer played after WSP. Pretty funny. Any chance of that surfacing?
