Disc 3:
1.Good Times Bad Times

Show Notes: Weekapaug included Gypsy Queen and I Wish teases. Mike's Song included a Who Knows jam.
Tech Notes: I extracted the source cds as a range and resplit the tracks using CDWAV. The EAC logs for each disc are included. I left the cd splits where they were, the original transferer added fades between each disc and I left these alone. There is a cassette flip between sparkle and foam as well as in the middle of It's Ice which has been edited to make it smoother. The Mike's song is clipped as well. Also it seems as if the first cassette side sounds a little better than the second side. I'm not sure why this is but the vocals on Foam definitely sound a little high in pitch.
I didn't spend a lot of time trying to fix this source because I'm sure that something better will come along, but in the meantime this is all we have and it is an absolute must hear!! My #1 pick for a Live Phish release, this show contains exceptional versions of Possum, Mike's groove, and a Reba that goes where no Reba has gone before (or since).

Important news from bt.etree.org!
Begining on March 17 2006, all torrents seeded at bt.etree must
include 1) checksum files (.md5, .ffp) that include a checksum for
every lossless audio file in the fileset, and 2) a copy of those
checksums pasted into the torrent description, so everyone can see
them without downloading the fileset.
If you seed a torrent without this information, it will be deleted.
We're telling you this now, so you'll know.
Of course, if there is a problem, we'll try to contact you and help
to fix it. If you don't have a valid e-mail address on your
db.etree.org account, please take a moment to add one. If we can't
contact you, we can't help you, and it be very frustrating for
everyone. Seeders who don't have valid e-mail addresses may find
their logins disabled.
This message will appear on all torrents seeded to bt.etree until
everyone has gotten the message. If your torrent has checksum files
and lists them in the description, thank you! If not, please take a
moment to edit the torrent description to include them. If you have
to add the checksum files from scratch, you'll have to pull this
torrent and start over. Sorry about that.
For help generating checksums, please visit
http://wiki.etree.org or
http://forums.etree.org/viewtopic.php?t=7025. If you have specific
questions, please post them at http://forums.etree.org and someone
will help you ASAP. Please do NOT e-mail us directly.
Thanks, and happy downloading. |

Yeah...this is definately one of THE shows of that 93 Summer tour. And the REBA is just fucking SICK! Thanks for posting this, a. I lost my source disc of this a few years back.
Damn.....it's like a PHISH Christmas here, with Marmar uploading all these uncirculated gems and all of these great shows seeing light again.

This source came out over 2 1/2 years ago, and I am surprised a more "proper" source has not escaped since then. The "Side A" songs sound noticeably better than the "Side B" songs (as this came from cassettes). However, the caliber of playing on this show is definitely top-notch. Set I is one of the better Set I's Phish ever coughed up.
Get this. Now. :) |

the sound on this is fine, not sure what the fuss is about. it does start to muddy itself a bit, just some general noise clouding things up, but everybody stays VERY CLEAR in their appropriate channels, reba sounds fantastic, as does the melt, i'm changing my official stance and now naming '93 (not '94) as the year of METAL MAYHEM. what a beauty this show is. thank you for seeding it. the boys sounds as if they are on top of a mountain and the only way down
is
down. |

| oh, does anyone know if the ybor show circulates? the one with joe rooney screaming metal lyrics? and all those breakouts? i'm sure it does, but just thought i'd ask on this torrent as we're looking at one of the best months in the PHiSH. |
