|Important news from bt.etree.org!
Begining on March 17 2006, all torrents seeded at bt.etree must
include 1) checksum files (.md5, .ffp) that include a checksum for
every lossless audio file in the fileset, and 2) a copy of those
checksums pasted into the torrent description, so everyone can see
them without downloading the fileset.
If you seed a torrent without this information, it will be deleted.
We're telling you this now, so you'll know.
Of course, if there is a problem, we'll try to contact you and help
to fix it. If you don't have a valid e-mail address on your
db.etree.org account, please take a moment to add one. If we can't
contact you, we can't help you, and it be very frustrating for
everyone. Seeders who don't have valid e-mail addresses may find
their logins disabled.
This message will appear on all torrents seeded to bt.etree until
everyone has gotten the message. If your torrent has checksum files
and lists them in the description, thank you! If not, please take a
moment to edit the torrent description to include them. If you have
to add the checksum files from scratch, you'll have to pull this
torrent and start over. Sorry about that.
For help generating checksums, please visit
http://forums.etree.org/viewtopic.php?t=7025. If you have specific
questions, please post them at http://forums.etree.org and someone
will help you ASAP. Please do NOT e-mail us directly.
Thanks, and happy downloading.
|The vocals on this one are a bit low sometimes but overall a very nice recording
|Thank you. DO you have Scranton from 71?
|yes, I have Scranton 4-13-71. Im gonna upload that one in a few days
|my alma mater... thanks.
|Thanks much, damn I love the 70-74 SBD's!!!!
|Hey Reba616 - Mine, too. Class of '78. This show was already a legend when I arrived on campus in 74. 1970-71 was the first year that women were admitted as students. According to the tales, the combination of the Dead, coeds and psychodelics were just too much for the town to handle and Lancaster actually banned the Dead from ever playing in the city limits again. Legend also has it that Jerry, in a Rolling Stone interview shortly thereafter, says something about it being one of the most fun shows he's ever done - and that one or more band members are wearing F&M T-shirts in the accompanying photos.
|Woo hoo, thanks for posting! Slowly but surely I'm filling in those holes from April '71, which I've been keen to do since first getting 4/17 and 4/18 some 17 years back.
|Thanks Chad. Very Cosmic!
|where's the Bucknell show from the 14?
|The show was on Easter Eve. It was preceded by someone in a rabbit suit skipping through the crowd with an Easter basket, climbing onto the stage, and throwing little capsules of something out of the basket into the crowd.
The New Riders opened.
Hours after the show I rode my bicycle across the F&M campus and observed three people in clownsuits and makeup playing cards in the back of a truck--pretty memorable stuff.
