Important news from bt.etree.org!
Begining on March 17 2006, all torrents seeded at bt.etree must
include 1) checksum files (.md5, .ffp) that include a checksum for
every lossless audio file in the fileset, and 2) a copy of those
checksums pasted into the torrent description, so everyone can see
them without downloading the fileset.

| I've been trying to open up this torrent file, both last night and today, but I keep getting an error message saying that it's not a valid file. It's the first time I've ever had this issue. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance! |

| flanagan15 - just guessing here. You can try two things. First, clear your Temporary internet files (Tools, Internet options, delete files). Or, right mouse click, save the .torrent file to your hard drive and then open up the .torrent file from wherever you saved it. |

yeah flanagan15 i'm havin the same problem. the exact message im gettin is:
ERROR (02/05/2007 22:55:37) - got bad file info - path ._UM12-29-06 text.rtf disallowed for security reasons
any ideas? i tried both of vanark's ideas. ive never seen this before. |

I tried clearing the temp files and saving the torrent file to my hard drive. I'm getting the same error message. For those who are having the error issue, the show was uploaded to the Archive as well:

| Ahhh, I see. The seeder has chosen to include two files without file names and only extensions. This is not allowed by some operating systems and torrent clients. |

Its nice to finally hear a copy of this show ,
however the "drop outs" due to battery change are
