|Important news from bt.etree.org!
Begining on March 17 2006, all torrents seeded at bt.etree must
include 1) checksum files (.md5, .ffp) that include a checksum for
every lossless audio file in the fileset, and 2) a copy of those
checksums pasted into the torrent description, so everyone can see
them without downloading the fileset.
If you seed a torrent without this information, it will be deleted.
We're telling you this now, so you'll know.
Of course, if there is a problem, we'll try to contact you and help
to fix it. If you don't have a valid e-mail address on your
db.etree.org account, please take a moment to add one. If we can't
contact you, we can't help you, and it be very frustrating for
everyone. Seeders who don't have valid e-mail addresses may find
their logins disabled.
This message will appear on all torrents seeded to bt.etree until
everyone has gotten the message. If your torrent has checksum files
and lists them in the description, thank you! If not, please take a
moment to edit the torrent description to include them. If you have
to add the checksum files from scratch, you'll have to pull this
torrent and start over. Sorry about that.
For help generating checksums, please visit
http://forums.etree.org/viewtopic.php?t=7025. If you have specific
questions, please post them at http://forums.etree.org and someone
will help you ASAP. Please do NOT e-mail us directly.
Thanks, and happy downloading.
|Good lord! What a monster setlist.
Thanks for the recording Jon.
|Only 774.44?? Huh... Thanks a ton for this show... looks kind of insanely good : ) Lovin the acoustic sets...Time Again?!
|4 discs only 774MB? thanks a bunch for this! Its good to hear Dr. Altman back behind the kit!
|Continuity reasons I'm sure. Remember, you decide how the tracks get burned to disc.
|The show is slightly less than 240 minutes long, but I couldn't find a way to fit it on three discs, given the lengths of the tracks. (In other words, segues weren't an issue.)
Thanks again, Jon!
|Jon, can I ask you (I've been curious) what city you live in?
|Is this even legal?:
Bullet> Big World, McBain > Disco Jam> Mcbain> Lazarus> Dr. Graffenberg> Buster
Looks like I have to download yet another moe. show.
Thank science for tapers! [cryptic South Park reference]
|>Jon, can I ask you (I've been curious) what city you live in?
I think the answer would be "wherever moe. is playing!"
|^ haha... That's why Im asking, I never see Jon Merin Buffalo tapes... and I wish that I did.
|Jon, thank you so much for your effort in taping & uploading this for all of us.
I was wondering why the file size was so small for such a long show & it turns out it's because the whole thing is in MONO. What happened here? Did one channel get pasted on the other or something go wrong? I'm not really bitching but with your gear I'm sure you taped it in stereo so I was just curious as to what went down.
Thanks for the killer show in any case--Cheers!!
Thanks for all the great sounding shows over the years. But I have to ask you, did you find the overall house mix very low Saturday night?
I did, and I attempted to listen both from the taper's area, mid-floor Al. side near the speaker rack and upstairs.
My suspicions were confirmed when I played the etree upload back on my iPod today. I had my volume cranked and it still was unusually low.
|I am glad to see this up so soon. Thanks Jon. My girl made me go to see Alo Brasil instead of MOE. Good show, but nothing compared to this scorcher.
|What a show!!! Many thanks for this
|god i wish i was there.
