Important news from bt.etree.org!
Begining on March 17 2006, all torrents seeded at bt.etree must
include 1) checksum files (.md5, .ffp) that include a checksum for
every lossless audio file in the fileset, and 2) a copy of those
checksums pasted into the torrent description, so everyone can see
them without downloading the fileset.
If you seed a torrent without this information, it will be deleted.
We're telling you this now, so you'll know.
Of course, if there is a problem, we'll try to contact you and help
to fix it. If you don't have a valid e-mail address on your
db.etree.org account, please take a moment to add one. If we can't
contact you, we can't help you, and it be very frustrating for
everyone. Seeders who don't have valid e-mail addresses may find
their logins disabled.
This message will appear on all torrents seeded to bt.etree until
everyone has gotten the message. If your torrent has checksum files
and lists them in the description, thank you! If not, please take a
moment to edit the torrent description to include them. If you have
to add the checksum files from scratch, you'll have to pull this
torrent and start over. Sorry about that.
For help generating checksums, please visit
http://wiki.etree.org or
http://forums.etree.org/viewtopic.php?t=7025. If you have specific
questions, please post them at http://forums.etree.org and someone
will help you ASAP. Please do NOT e-mail us directly.
Thanks, and happy downloading. |

truely a fantastic show. A must have for anyone interested in this band.
The intro before Soft Machine was running rampant through my head just a few months later (4/4/04) as I was heading into the delivery room when my daughter was about to be born! To me it was like the theme song, like "here we go, it IS time".... |

| It's so unfortunate how these guys recently sold out. Even Rolling Stone covered their transition from jamband to indie rock. |

What an ass u r.
They sold out, huh? b/c they decided to do an i-view w/ Rolling Stone?
That's such a kindergarten comment--ugh.
I guess it'd be ok, then, if all they did was just tal to their local underground Montrealean zine guy, huh?
Are they NOT working, pro musicians? Yes, they are.
They're NOT entitled to change their market/ing? Yes, they are.
Are you an idiot? Yes, you are.
I guess you'd rather them not talk about their music, just be plumbers, and play in their garage.
Good deal.
Jeez, I guess it's not "cool" to talk to RS....i mean it IS the largest music rag in the world & all, and working musicians struggling to pay their bills, shouldn't want to make any $$ ever?
You just keep tellin' yourself that as long as u continue to dumsterdive, i guess the world will be a better place----------------yeah, right.
You do NOT LIVE on Earth in the 21st century & u have NO IDEA what they're about...u have no idea, period.
You sell out when you start allowing harmful, extraneous, meaningless products to license your music for their commercials.
so, GET IT STRAIGHT
& chuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuutupppp, already!

Here is slightly more accurate source info. Once again thanks to Cleantone for his awesome Slip recordings!!!!
Source Info: ORTF Neumann *KM140> Lunatec V3> DA-P1
* This was mounted the house mics, they may also be KM184's
Transfer: DAT Master> coax> Audiophile 2496> Wavelab 4> CDWave> MKWact> SHN
recorded, transfered, and mastered by Clinton Vadnais
This source had been seeded in '03 I believe and burned to CD by my friend Lumpy. I ripped his CD's (which were in quite good shape) using Max 0.7.1 in paranoia mode wil full paranoia. |
