A sunny afternoon with Jerry's Band ... a Wonderful show!
This is an audience tape on the hill 3/4 of the way up. The soundboard was next to the stage off to the side if I remember correctly. Twas sunny for Jerry and rainy for Bobby and the Midnites[who played after JGB]. A Great show!

Important news from bt.etree.org!

Thanks a lot for this nice little set! I always wondered why no Midnites shows came up here. IMHO this was the best Weir band, at least the 1980 and 1982 shows had their moments.
Hopefully more will see the light of day to replace my old cassette tapes with (hopefully!) low gen CD's! Whoever has the 9-18-80 St. Cruz show: PLEASE get this one out here! Best "Bombs Away" ever.....

| Are there any 1984 Midnites sets circulating? Not sure I've seen any, least of all the one in Boston that I actually caught. |
