Important news from bt.etree.org!

Begining on March 17 2006, all torrents seeded at bt.etree must
include 1) checksum files (.md5, .ffp) that include a checksum for
every lossless audio file in the fileset, and 2) a copy of those
checksums pasted into the torrent description, so everyone can see
them without downloading the fileset.

If you seed a torrent without this information, it will be deleted.
We're telling you this now, so you'll know.

Of course, if there is a problem, we'll try to contact you and help
to fix it. If you don't have a valid e-mail address on your
db.etree.org account, please take a moment to add one. If we can't
contact you, we can't help you, and it be very frustrating for
everyone. Seeders who don't have valid e-mail addresses may find
their logins disabled.

This message will appear on all torrents seeded to bt.etree until
everyone has gotten the message. If your torrent has checksum files
and lists them in the description, thank you! If not, please take a
moment to edit the torrent description to include them. If you have
to add the checksum files from scratch, you'll have to pull this
torrent and start over. Sorry about that.

For help generating checksums, please visit
http://wiki.etree.org or
http://forums.etree.org/viewtopic.php?t=7025. If you have specific
questions, please post them at http://forums.etree.org and someone
will help you ASAP. Please do NOT e-mail us directly.

Thanks, and happy downloading.

Nice show...I wish they had broken out "Deep Elem" more but I guess they never felt like playing it again after this night....I love '83 though...a very killer year in my opinion and by this time I feel Brent was really coming into his own and he shines throughout '83. Thanks for this sweet little gem!

Gotta luv these posts!
Thanks a bunch!

terra2, I really appreciate it. I have this direct from Wiley, off the DAT itself. I was hoping for a low-gen SBD copy. I know it exists, somewhere....I heard it in the parking lot at Irvine 85, a very crispy SBD at that.

FWIW, the China > Rider is sooo amazing, the China intro is spot on...the segue into Ridercis a screamer, the last Rider solo was fitting for the dusty wild old west. There is an Estimated Jerry 'wah-wah' tease before Bobby decides to play a roaring version of Truckin'. Wonder what it would have been like with the Estimated instead, hmmmm....I remember this show vividly. My first CA show...a week after my orientation week at UC Santa Cruz. It was one of those dusty lazy Monterey Bay daze. The show ending as the sun was getting low. Walking back to our cars thru the apple orchards...I was throughly baked! There were some amazing moments for sure that Fall '83 Wild West Tour!
terra2 2007-03-21 08:10:52
dwonk,

the wild west tour was an insane asylum to say the least..i started out for boise and wound up missing it by 2 hrs,lol...we got stuck with a flat tire in between the utah/idaho border & boise and decided to abort that mission, turned it around & headed for park west, salt lake city..that show was wild, the dead rocks triple play after, the lunatic fringe in santa fe(the camp, the allowed taping, the all around nuttiness)then the austin manor downs show..we threw poor headcheese the dog over the fence to get him in after staff wouldnt allow the mutt in even with a ticket in his bandana collar..i was going to abort tour after that but did not,and was really glad i made this show as well..then the east coast run from richmond to syracuse, including the heart pounding, tear down the garden st stephen & revolution 10-11 & 12 and alas back to the coast again for marin halloween & SF civic NYE,where we once again tore the place a new ass..anyhow you're quite welcome for this seed..i seen the post in regards to this show the sec you put it up and got to work on it pronto...in the meantime, wait until you see the monsterous fileset that i post next week :) hehehehehehe

cheers,terra

This source rips! Thnak you!

Am I missing something? The taper was?
Shark420 2007-04-12 21:25:24
I believe the taper was likely Steve Shuster. (maybe spelled wrong). He lived in the area in the 80s/90s, and had KM84s. Can't say for sure of course, but I bet it was him.
