Important news from bt.etree.org!

I had a great time working on this show, what a fantastic recording. Barry Rocks! Thanks so much to Adam for being patient and to Derek an Chris for coaching me through the Ozone for the first time, Wow what a program.
This was Brent 2nd show with the GD and his first on the East Coast. It's easy to hear how much fun Jerry is having with his ew playmate on stage. I love this era of the band because the jams are so loose, they are teaching Brent the way, a he's up for it. This is a great show. Check out how powerful the Stagger Lee is, the Row Jimmy is tight, Bob wants to do Playing before Terrapin an then Jerry steps in trumps him, good move because the Playing jam is long and goes way out there. After the drums not much noodling and then they mix it up by playing Black Peter then NFA. During the last jam of NFA you can clearly hear St Stephen licks and the back into Playing for a great surprise, that transition is just that a transition, not a chop into.
Adam sign me up for another, I'm ready! |
