|Important news from bt.etree.org!
Begining on March 17 2006, all torrents seeded at bt.etree must
include 1) checksum files (.md5, .ffp) that include a checksum for
every lossless audio file in the fileset, and 2) a copy of those
checksums pasted into the torrent description, so everyone can see
them without downloading the fileset.
If you seed a torrent without this information, it will be deleted.
We're telling you this now, so you'll know.
Of course, if there is a problem, we'll try to contact you and help
to fix it. If you don't have a valid e-mail address on your
db.etree.org account, please take a moment to add one. If we can't
contact you, we can't help you, and it be very frustrating for
everyone. Seeders who don't have valid e-mail addresses may find
their logins disabled.
This message will appear on all torrents seeded to bt.etree until
everyone has gotten the message. If your torrent has checksum files
and lists them in the description, thank you! If not, please take a
moment to edit the torrent description to include them. If you have
to add the checksum files from scratch, you'll have to pull this
torrent and start over. Sorry about that.
For help generating checksums, please visit
http://forums.etree.org/viewtopic.php?t=7025. If you have specific
questions, please post them at http://forums.etree.org and someone
will help you ASAP. Please do NOT e-mail us directly.
Thanks, and happy downloading.
|Thanks Pastor Tim!
|Very nice, Pastor Tim. That Jefferson song A New Direction knocked me on the floor the first time I heard it (the extremely amazing High Noon Saloon - Madison, WI 11/6/06 show). I realized that I had my shoes on the wrong feet, but besides that it's still a great song.

|So, anyone have any idea why everyone's holding at 99.99%? I don't upload very often (usually leave that to others) so if anyone has a suggestion I'd sure like to hear. Weird...
|For some reason when mine got to 99.9% it would say completed on bit torrent client, then reset to 5 seconds and count down to zero, say complete and reset to five seconds.........and do this over and over.
I closed out the torrent, did the md5 check and all of the files checked out okay.
Why it did this I do not know.
|I've been waiting for some Great American Taxi to show up. Looking forward to this - thanks!
|Thanks for the GAT!!
|the only time i've ever come across the 99% thing is when the textfile was somehow deleted from the source folder after the torrent file was created - leaving a (actually less than) 1% 'missing piece'.
if everyone's flac files decode ok, that would be my guess...
|Yeah, everything turned out fine for me. I burned the discs okay and they sound great.
Thanks for everything PT!
|No worries on the 99% -- it was my bad. I inadvertently put the URL into the file after I'd uploaded, and once I pulled that back out everyone went to 100%. Live and learn, eh guys? [chuckle...]
