Important news from bt.etree.org!
Begining on March 17 2006, all torrents seeded at bt.etree must
include 1) checksum files (.md5, .ffp) that include a checksum for
every lossless audio file in the fileset, and 2) a copy of those
checksums pasted into the torrent description, so everyone can see
them without downloading the fileset.

| As mentioned in the notes, pls contact the original taper if there is any question about permission to distribute this. He rcvd and has evidence of that permission. This is a great performance, sounds good, and was remastered and packaged with respect. Me thinks Nick would (and did) approve. |

Nick and i talked in persona nd he listened to the recording after the show and asked me to post it i then got his email addy and received written confrimation from him as well as the folks in norfolk and western
this torrent is approved via the band and was previously released here before being remastered

| aron41, no problem at all. Your comments were legit based on what you knew, so you had every right to raise the red flag. That said, I hope everyone enjoys this great, high energy performance. I see DeVotchka will be at Floydfest this summer, so hopefully this will provide a good preview for some folks. |
