notes: awesome sam show! thanks to rick martini for the tix and the board patch. this
was a huge show... sam and the band were taking whiskey shots towards the end and it was packed
and crazy all night long. the encore has a tape flip because the 2nd set was longer than the
2 hour DAT tape; taped with akg461 also and had to flip during the encore but at a different
point. if you like sam b when he's loose and jamming, check out set 2 of this show!

Important news from bt.etree.org!
Begining on March 17 2006, all torrents seeded at bt.etree must
include 1) checksum files (.md5, .ffp) that include a checksum for
every lossless audio file in the fileset, and 2) a copy of those

Wow thanks for sharing this. I remember this one quite well. I remember my friends asking me if the show was going to be worth the $20 ticket price.
I remember responding with something like "I'm sure Sam won't disappoint." Needless to say, they all walked away completely satisfied.
This was a great year for shows at R&B in Chanttanooga
is there any chance any one has a copy of the
Leftover Salmon 09-21-2001 - Rhythm & Blues - Chattanooga, TN show? I've been trying to track down a copy for years. |

That funky mountain fogdown was one of the most spectacular jams I've ever witnessed. Being able to hear it again and again would be a dream come true.
