Just my 2 cents, but I can not consisantly listen to the mule, but they sure are good at putting on a show.

I know in todays world everyone mixes up the set lists and stuff but I have seen em many times w/woody and now, in many differn't places and everytime has been something completely differen't then the last.

Now granted I do not do many multiple night shows, usually just every time they play localy. Not just setlists but themes, grooves and jams there is so much behind the scenes at a warren and co event that it consitantly keeps it interesting for players as well as audience.

Even though play w/fire is repeated from mtn jam I still can't get enough. Plus to have JPJ there to bust out all the zep WOW! All we needed was Paul McCartney to show up and it would have been a history of mule influences,
played out in living color and no more kept in improvised james and subtle teases....

thank you very much for taping and sharing this with all of us. first performance of Since I've Been Loving You since 10/27/01 in NOLA and only the sixth ever performance of it by the Mule in their thirteen year existence. the Hot Tuna collaborations are very cool. can't wait for the Mule in Central Park in September :)
