Important news from bt.etree.org!
Begining on March 17 2006, all torrents seeded at bt.etree must
include 1) checksum files (.md5, .ffp) that include a checksum for
every lossless audio file in the fileset, and 2) a copy of those
checksums pasted into the torrent description, so everyone can see
them without downloading the fileset.
If you seed a torrent without this information, it will be deleted.
We're telling you this now, so you'll know.
Of course, if there is a problem, we'll try to contact you and help
to fix it. If you don't have a valid e-mail address on your
db.etree.org account, please take a moment to add one. If we can't
contact you, we can't help you, and it be very frustrating for
everyone. Seeders who don't have valid e-mail addresses may find
their logins disabled.
This message will appear on all torrents seeded to bt.etree until
everyone has gotten the message. If your torrent has checksum files
and lists them in the description, thank you! If not, please take a
moment to edit the torrent description to include them. If you have
to add the checksum files from scratch, you'll have to pull this
torrent and start over. Sorry about that.

Well they did go through the crowd and shut people down during the Police set. So this was a non-taper friendly portion of 'roo, I doubt the mods will let this stay up here. |

I'll jump on as a seeder, too. FWIW, this might be the recording of choice so far, but there are probably a couple stronger performances available on Dime (Phoenix, Dodger Stadium, Anaheim). Even just a week later in the tour, they've tightened up a couple songs noticeably. Just a heads-up for anyone who might be interested.

Any interest in other police recordings from this tour, or just Bonnaroo?
I could seed another show or two from the tour if there's interest. The band has obviously taken a "see no evil" approach to audience recordings - there's extensive discussion of AUD torrents on Dimeadozen right on the band's own official, moderated messageboard, so I don't see any harm. |

| Do not seed any other Police to this site. Our rule of thumb is that, if you play at a festival where taping is allowed, the recording is legit b/c that was the deal when you signed up to play. |
