openning show of the tour sound doesn't pick up untill the middle of
hell in a bucket . playing in the band has a long ass jam in it like the
old days right before the drums so i left the jam in with the playing.

| yep i did a few shows from this tour . i didn't like how they came out so i am doing them over this time i am doing the whole tour and i will post them one after the other after i am done .hope eavryone is enjoying the shows i put up . i have the whole east coast tour from 1985 up at dime a dozen if anyone wants to grab them from there or i can put them up on here after i finish this tour .......joe |

| joe, thanks, man! I have a question - I've always wanted to hear the show that the Grateful Dead, billed as the Warlocks, played at Hampton in the '80's - you know, the one where they played Dark Star for the first time in a long time? Has anyone got a line on that show...? |

| The Death Don't Have No Mercy has a wicked Garcia jam in the middle, Attics is refreshing. Luckily, the Dark Star gives this show a prominence it might not otherwise have, but DO crank up that Death Don't, it's a jolly good time! Nice show, thank you, just in time for Halloween! |

| I saw all but one night of the last four years at Hampton and loved the 89 ones, especially at the time. But for tapes to listen to all, they are all good. It was just a great hall and, for the east coast, it had a great raucous feel on account of the festival seating. Of course, after these in '86 tickets for Hampton were crazy. Hence the billing as "The Warlocks" - one last bout of sanity on the east coast before the ticket shortage grew chronic. |

| i had a crunch soundbourd of this show back in the 80s,i remember these shows so well,selling blue unis in the mcdonalds on coliseum row,a maxell xl2s ,lost it and never saw a soundboard again,i had just the first set,also |
