Important news from bt.etree.org!
Begining on March 17 2006, all torrents seeded at bt.etree must
include 1) checksum files (.md5, .ffp) that include a checksum for
every lossless audio file in the fileset, and 2) a copy of those
checksums pasted into the torrent description, so everyone can see
them without downloading the fileset.
If you seed a torrent without this information, it will be deleted.
We're telling you this now, so you'll know.
Of course, if there is a problem, we'll try to contact you and help
to fix it. If you don't have a valid e-mail address on your
db.etree.org account, please take a moment to add one. If we can't
contact you, we can't help you, and it be very frustrating for
everyone. Seeders who don't have valid e-mail addresses may find
their logins disabled.
This message will appear on all torrents seeded to bt.etree until
everyone has gotten the message. If your torrent has checksum files
and lists them in the description, thank you! If not, please take a
moment to edit the torrent description to include them. If you have
to add the checksum files from scratch, you'll have to pull this
torrent and start over. Sorry about that.
For help generating checksums, please visit
http://wiki.etree.org or
http://forums.etree.org/viewtopic.php?t=7025. If you have specific
questions, please post them at http://forums.etree.org and someone
will help you ASAP. Please do NOT e-mail us directly.
Thanks, and happy downloading. |

Does this source exist for the 30th? If so, is there any chance of a seed? |

No, I've just never grabbed this source. I have the split omni's which sound decent, but this one seems to be the beez kneez |

"I made this".....
If you don't have this yet; DL a few songs if your client will allow and compare to what you already have.
more comments from me later in the day after I wake up sometime later in the day. |

Well, we know the video won't ever be available, unless its like a highlight bonus disc or something with the audio box set. They can't release video of cover songs apparently which effing suxass.
But please bring on the soundboard. I'm expecting it in December of 2009. 10 years seems like a long enough wait. In the meantime, this is a great audience recording.
As long as it finishes uploading by then. This thing's taking for freaking ever. |

Actually, Phish will release the audio and video of Big Cypress. I emailed Keven Shapiro about a year ago asking him about why BC had not been officially released and this was his reply...
"the answer is the band hasn't decided to release big cypress yet but there is every intention to release audio and video. i've never heard anyone inside or outside the band suggest otherwise, so it's just a matter of time. any delay comes from the band's desire to do the project exactly right." -KS

That would be great.
I bet they'll omit After Midnight, Drowned, Rock and Roll, Funky Bitch, Crosseyed & Painless, Albuquerque, and maybe Uncle Penn and My Soul though.
Copyright laws and whatnot.
Hopefully they'll just spend what ever money they need to spend to buy those rights though.
As I said, that would be great. |

They'll pay it. Weren't there covers played on teh Vegas DVD? I would bet teh farm there were tho Im not sure at the moment.
BTW, THANK YOU for this WONDERFUL source. I am a tper myself and mus commend on the quality of this recording. Its freakin PERFECT IMO. And its uncut/complete :) I only hope that this source exists for the 30th with the sweet M/S action. I too am getting into MS recording myself very soon because of the ability to widen/narrow the soundstage accordingly :) This is a GRET example of MS IMO!!!
THANK YOU!!! This is def the best source I have heard of this show. Its SMOKES the mk4 source thats also still running. Just IMO of course, but there is no comparison! |

| Timber, Emotional Rescue, and Frankenstein are 3 covers that have been released on DVD. So maybe they will buy the rights. Hope so. |

I must admit that this is the BEST source I have ever heard of this night. The others are barely decent and audibly sub-par...this one is great.
Good work.

| You folks really think this source sounds that much better than the mk4v & FOB U89? Its clear but sooo bassy! I guess if you have a really high end system it rages, but on my (decent) car audio its tweakin' my speakers... |
