I wasn't sure what to label this as, since it's more than Phil&Friends, not quite "the dead" so i came up with DFO "Deadheads for Obama"
ENJOY!

Hate to be going back and forth in a flame war, but I'm not spewing BS. Did he just pose for photos with all those Klansmen above-- in the process of taking their money-- because he abhors
racist views? Then there's the newsletter he was editor of which put out racist statements. I don't see how you couldve read the above closely and defend this guy.
I think your holding on to hope that RP has a snowball's chance in this election really speaks volumes.
I really only came back here to modify my statement which was hastily made regarding Christianity.. some of the coolest people I know are from the religious left. (See links such as..
www.fcnl.org - The Quakers
www.tikkun.org - lefty Rabbi (ok so hes not a jesusfreak)
www.wetoldyouso.org - an interesting collection of Jesus quotes
www.stateofbelief.com - kinda MSM.. AirAmericaRadio's religion show..
and most importantly, if you havent heard this most-germane bit of history which gets totally covered-up every year on MLK Jr day, it's an absolute must....
"Forty years ago today, Dr. Martin Luther King gave the speech “Beyond Vietnam: A Time to Break Silence.” It was April 4, 1967—a year to the day before he was murdered. He was speaking at the Riverside Church here in New York. King billed the speech as a declaration of independence from the war and called the United States: “the greatest purveyor of violence in the world today.”

Ron Paul had no editorial control over the newsletter and was angered when he saw the statements in print.
Im hanging on to Ron Paul's PLATFORM because the country doesnt stand a snowballs chance in hell of surviving as a republic of free and independent individuals without it.
If you want centralized world facism i guess ignore RP and have fun with all that. |
