Important news from bt.etree.org!
Begining on March 17 2006, all torrents seeded at bt.etree must
include 1) checksum files (.md5, .ffp) that include a checksum for
every lossless audio file in the fileset, and 2) a copy of those
checksums pasted into the torrent description, so everyone can see
them without downloading the fileset.
If you seed a torrent without this information, it will be deleted.
We're telling you this now, so you'll know.
Of course, if there is a problem, we'll try to contact you and help
to fix it. If you don't have a valid e-mail address on your
db.etree.org account, please take a moment to add one. If we can't
contact you, we can't help you, and it be very frustrating for
everyone. Seeders who don't have valid e-mail addresses may find
their logins disabled.
This message will appear on all torrents seeded to bt.etree until
everyone has gotten the message. If your torrent has checksum files
and lists them in the description, thank you! If not, please take a
moment to edit the torrent description to include them. If you have
to add the checksum files from scratch, you'll have to pull this
torrent and start over. Sorry about that.
For help generating checksums, please visit
http://wiki.etree.org or
http://forums.etree.org/viewtopic.php?t=7025. If you have specific
questions, please post them at http://forums.etree.org and someone
will help you ASAP. Please do NOT e-mail us directly.
Thanks, and happy downloading. |

just grabbed this off DIME and thought id up it here for the benefit of those without a DIME account.
this is an amazing set with good sound quailty (id call it a-/b+)
big thanks to the taper as well as original uploader matfive2 at dime.
this makes a nice pair with tortoise - 1999-01-23 also featuring CU but as a trio
ill gladly reseed that here for anyone that is interested once this torrent gets seeded.

Here's the setlist:
1. Djed (10:26)
2. Ten-Day Interval (3:41)
3. Swung From The Gutters (5:58)
4. Tin Cans & Twine (5:15)
5. I Set My Face to the Hillside (6:07)
6. Jetty (or La Jetee) (7:15)
7. The Taut and Tame (5:33)
8. In Sarah, Mencken, Christ, and Beethoven There Were Women and Men (6:44)
On track 6 it could be argued that the track title is La Jetee since we have members of Isotope 217 on it.
BTW: Has anyone seen the 12/30/07 Tortoise show from the Avalon opening for Umphrey's McGee? I've seen some video on YouTube and it looks like they played some of the new tracks debuted at the Thrill Jockey 15 shows.
