include 1) checksum files (.md5, .ffp) that include a checksum for
every lossless audio file in the fileset, and 2) a copy of those

This is in the info for 7/7/78:
"Note summary of J. Palmer's and AJ's reports: This is not in stereo: the same channel
is spread over both using a splitter technique. The channel that should contain Keith,
half of Jerry, Billy, and possibly some of Phil, is missing; Keith is minimally audible.
This the only SBD source available. If you have a superior source, please contact

The same is true of this version for at least the encores for sure. So sad, such a great show & has always been plauged by problems with these recordings. Hopefully someday someone will post a killer fob to make us all melt. Red Rocks always had superior acoustics so someone should have got a grate(ful) pull that night--unless everyone was tripping too hard & no one bothered. Ahhhh, Red Rocks... |
