Notes:
--This show could probably be tracked to fit d2t1/t2 onto d1 and then put all
of 11-23-85 onto d2 as filler!
Fixes:
--Retracked each disc so that each song starts at the beginning of the track.
--Normalized each disc to 98%.
--A paragraphic EQ filter set to cut tape hiss above 8kHz by 15 dB was applied
using Soundforge 4.5.

Important news from bt.etree.org!
Begining on March 17 2006, all torrents seeded at bt.etree must
include 1) checksum files (.md5, .ffp) that include a checksum for
every lossless audio file in the fileset, and 2) a copy of those
checksums pasted into the torrent description, so everyone can see
them without downloading the fileset.
If you seed a torrent without this information, it will be deleted.
We're telling you this now, so you'll know.
Of course, if there is a problem, we'll try to contact you and help
to fix it. If you don't have a valid e-mail address on your
db.etree.org account, please take a moment to add one. If we can't
contact you, we can't help you, and it be very frustrating for
everyone. Seeders who don't have valid e-mail addresses may find
their logins disabled.
This message will appear on all torrents seeded to bt.etree until
everyone has gotten the message. If your torrent has checksum files
and lists them in the description, thank you! If not, please take a
moment to edit the torrent description to include them. If you have
to add the checksum files from scratch, you'll have to pull this
torrent and start over. Sorry about that.
For help generating checksums, please visit
http://wiki.etree.org or
http://forums.etree.org/viewtopic.php?t=7025. If you have specific
questions, please post them at http://forums.etree.org and someone
will help you ASAP. Please do NOT e-mail us directly.
Thanks, and happy downloading. |

All sources for the project can be viewed at that address, you may have to copy and paste the link for it to work. I haven't put in the links for 89 yet, buts its complete up through 88. For 7-25-88, we just have the set 3, first sets are unknown if they exist at all.
sf- project 95 is on hiatus currently and will return later though I don't believe any timetable exists. -d |

The sound on this is pretty damn impressive for an '85! I had just turned 10 when the boys were playing this show! Ridiculous, really!
Love the Harry Hood explanation!
Thanks a ton! |

I was actually at this show, living with the band and some friends at the time. Picture a relatively small bar in downtown Burlington, a fall weeknight just after happy hour. Room's full of drinkers paying little or no attention, and maybe 10 freaks are up front dancing. But no one knew the public debut of Harry Hood would one day be seen as an historic event!
Also worthy of note: Trey's reference to the previous weekend at Goddard, when most of the band was too dosed on electric cider to play at all. "It's nice to be back on planet Earth !!" |

| Sounds pretty darn good for an 85 Phish. Although it sounds like a little tape wobble exists slowing the tape down just a bit making Trey's vocals sound a little deep. |
