| Thanks for offering this. Just to clarify, Phil is correct that Please Read The Letter is missing. There are 19 tracks listed, including the Intro, but only 18 tracks posted. I wouldn't even mention it except for the fact the PRtL is my favorite tune of theirs. |

Please Read The Letter was not played at Bonnaroo.
I was there on the railing (not in the 'pit area', but the rail at the front of the general crowd area) and listening with rapt attention. It was kind of a short set (T-Bone didn't play his usual complement of two songs - only one that day); they didn't do PRtL or When The Levee Breaks, for example.
Also, it should be noted that T-Bone's song was "Bon Temps Roulez" [sp?], not "Shut It Tight."
All that said, this sounds fantastic, and I thank you very kindly for the upload. It was great to be there, and tremendous to be able to relive it! |

Also, it should be noted that T-Bone's song was "Bon Temps Roulez" [sp?], not "Shut It Tight."
One of many spellings, i use Bon Ton Roulet, as it was listed on Clarence "Bon Ton" Garlow's original version of the song.
And i'm glad it was played that evening. Many thanks for the upload, it'll be passed around to those that don't torrent. |

Thank you!
"Through the Morning" is actually called "Through the Morning, Through The Night", written by the great Gene Clark, the title song from an album by Dillard & Clark.
On their record, Robert Plant & Alison Kraus covered two songs from that album, the other song being "Polly". |

Thank you! Thank you! Thank You!
Thanks to all you tapers for hauling your gear through whatever weather festival season may bring......you got to be there, and those of us who didn't - really appreciate getting to hear what went down.
Listening to this show now, wish I coulda been there.
thanks,

not really sure what the conventions here are, but a good chunk of Matty Groves was played in In The Mood. Possibly In The Mood>Matty Groves>In The Mood.
This was a phenomenal show. I'm so glad I got to see a Plant/Krauss show. If not for Bonnaroo, it wouldn't have happened for me. Battle Of Evermore was incredible.
Wish they'd have done The Boy Who Wouldn't Hoe Corn like they did on that CMT special, but you can't have em all. Like I said, I was just ecstatic to be there. |

This really is a wonderful recording. I'm wondering if there are any plans to share the 24/96 version here or elsewhere?
Thanks again for documenting this show in such great quality! |
