week4paug.net is a forum (a.k.a. chatroom), and as such they have rules
Here's what you do:
(And by the way, I'd seed it if I had it so you don't have to fall victim to rules.)
1) Create an account there.
2) Go to the ISO thread and read the rules before posting your request.
3) Ask nicely.
4) Hope someone seeds it for you.
There are a lot of really cool people, nice people who love Phish there. August and Disco are 2 of them. August is prone to sarcasm and Disco is prone to being compassionate. They both have shared much Phish with people looking for shows, but they aren't the only people there.
Do that and you might obtain your show.
