Thanks. Fixed the show date. I have my upload capped at 15 kbps until I go to bed so it doesn't eat up all of my bandwidth.

Everyone knows that the encore rap is after the encore break. I normally leave it on the end of the track that ended the set along with the encore break, but I had to change V3 batteries and there was a static pop. I edited out about 3 minutes of dead space there that had the zap. The good news is that I learned you can change batteries on the V3 on the fly and the MT2496 will keep recording. It just stops while you do the change and there was that static pop that was easily edited out.

No 24 bit from me. Too much work and I rarely listen to 24 bit anyway. The 4 gig card I use has room for two 3:08 files in 16 bit and I love being able to start up 10-20 minutes before the sets start and not having to worry about recording time on almost all sets. (I sure don't miss the days of trying to fit a whole show on a 90m DAT or having to use a 60m for the 1st set and a 90m for the 2nd set).

I am sorry, I didn't read the lineage carefully,
Shame about the 24 bit, I really notice the difference and think it is worth it. Red book CD just doesn't do it for me anymore.
24/48 should still allow you to get 3 hours on one card and then you would just need another card?
Hey, it is what you like, thanks so much, great pull! |

If anyone's interested, I took a bunch of photos at Rothbury, and I've posted a gallery with over 2,500 shots, including a whole gallery of shots of Phil's set. It's at http://www.studiomlive.com/rothbury2008/.
