A great performance by Modest Mouse. About half-way through the set a large group of people began gathering (and growing)
in front of my camera/mic set-up and then they all began to gravitate closer and closer to my mic setup, so sorry for any
disruptances. Eventually had to move the mic rig;
(looking for anyone with video for this set also, thanks!)

| this happens to be the only audience recording of this set, just one taper, please thank your tapers for capturing the magic! thanks Drew, and watch for the only audience recordings of Of Montreal, Crystal Method, Thievery Corporation, Pnuma, and Boombox here soon as well, they are in the works |

I had a friend taping video to this set as well, but I had NO IDEA that I was the only audio taper.

| anyone who taped at rothbury did a great service to his or her fellow man (and woman). even the sets that bored me, others raved about. it was an unparalleled weekend! thank you for this, and i can't wait for of montreal and thievery! |

| the Thievery and Crystal recording turned out super, the CM sounds like a soundboard, I can't believe we were the only tapers for these three incredible sets of music |

We're going to do a dvd with certain songs from several groups on it as well as a mini-doc....its going to take some time though.
It takes at least an hour or 2 to capture each tape and we have about 12-14 tapes (thats between 2 cams though); It'll be up eventually, but its going to be a while.
Be on the lookout for it though. Can dvd-isos be posted on this site or no? Anybody know? |

| the distortion on this is bad. also has a swriling sound to it like old cassette recording where batteries were low. can this be fixed?? |
