the plan was to seed the (FOB) Schoeps mk4 > kc5 > cmc6 > Sonosax SX-M2 > Teac DA-P20 (@ 48kHz) source, but it is currently still active on the tracker and can be found here http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=514460

No offense to the person that originallytaped, transfered, and seeded this source, but every recording I have from this taper sounds very fuzzy and and almost like there is a hum of static. It may have something to do with the pre/de-emphasis that Jason Sobel is doing properly. I would stay away from this recording.

what part didn't you understand?"

I mean seriously. we've seeded every 1980s show, every 1990 TWICE, every 1991 show TWICE, every 1992 show, every 1993, every 1994 show and are finishing up every 1995 show while simultaneously beginning to organize 1996.
the tracker does not allow setting up the same source that is already active. if YOU actually seeded a show, you may know this already.
as far as Linda's sources, they are definitely inferior to the newer sources, but for many years Linda's sources were all we had. she dedicated a lot of time to the community to tape, transfer and spread her music for us to share.
I mean, I posted a link to an active source. all you had to do was grab that one, which would have been seeded had it not already been active and just moved along but it is just too easy for people to come on and post comments like you do.

"what part didn't you understand?""
I understand everything just fine. I was simply answering the poster's question-
"I mean seriously. we've seeded every 1980s show, every 1990 TWICE, every 1991 show TWICE, every 1992 show, every 1993, every 1994 show and are finishing up every 1995 show while simultaneously beginning to organize 1996"

She did, but you said it yourself that there are better sources out there.-
"I mean, I posted a link to an active source. all you had to do was grab that one, which would have been seeded had it not already been active and just moved along but it is just too easy for people to come on and post comments like you do."
I don't really know how to answer this one. I realize that all soneone has to do is click the link and shizam!!! another source appears. I'm really sorry you took my comment answering someone's question about the sound of a source so personally.
Thanks again for seeding-

one way to answer is that I prefer the mk4s which can be found in the link above, but thanks for offering us the choice.

I still like complaining about sources better than requesting a show that was seeded a week ago or will be seeded next in sequential order. :)
