| Well, evidently neither of you attended the 10-16-1996 Lake Placid DIRGE (worse Phish show ever). Even worse, I dragged along a whole group of my non-phish head friends who had never seen a show......and prior to the show, I dosed their fucking balls off the face of the planet. To say the least, they never saw another phish show after that experience. Oh well, you win some, you lose some. ; ^ ) |

| thanks for seeding. definitely not one of Trey's better nights, but check out the jam out of Fee and Page's scorching Jesus Left Chicago. The "make up show" the next night @ Merriweather made it all worthwhile. that and the red moon rising over the beach !! |

| i agree, this was a boring show - weird vibe from the parking lot onwards. but the "birds" is fantastic and the "fee" is also worth having as well. i'll be excited to hear them both again. thanks so much for putting this show up! |

I attended this show.. i have to agree it was rather tame ,and uneventful. other than the fishman If i only had a brain, reminisent of some where over the rainbow played a year before.
I thought the First set was great Nice to see Nellie Kane busted out, but nothing to crazy... But the Second set i found rather boring. The birds jam is the highlight of the show. Went alone to that one. got ride back to the beach from cool people i met at the show.
Its worth having if you were there like myself, otherwise i'd pass on this one.. |
