good show, great folks, too bad the beer tent got shut down early in the second set b/c some undercover cops sent in some underage kids to buy beer and they got busted.
Check out the cc rider, just like mickey and billy were messing with bobby in the actual show, DSO pulled off the same deal, quite amusing!

This was my first DSO show. As far as Dead covers bands go they may be the best.........but........ It was the first time I heard heavy metal versions of Bird Song and Let It Grow.
The Jerry clone guy was a good guitar player as he ripped through the above songs without much melody. Interesting yes, taking the music somewhere, no.
It was not until the ending 1973 Box of Rain and the JGB And My Sisters And My Brothers that the band found their groove. Maybe it was the addition of the Donna clone, it is hard to say.

| Chopper I think you're analzing too much. I've seen DSO 8-10 times...this show was real good. I had enough beer by the start of the 2nd set anyways...Labatt sucks imo. Just enjoy them for what they do and not what they aren't. |

| Yo Chopper - DSO is a riot. I cant get enough of them. I hate dead cover bands with a passion but DSO does the boys justice. |
