HUGE PROPS for the seed, the super-quick UP and boy did they light Tallahassee up lasssst night !
Im not sure which one of the tapers/rigs you were behind that circular "taper's section"-thing last nite, but I was pretty much just off to your left all night, gettin' my groove on (indeed) - non-stop !
To me, it was just one of 'those' nights, it don't matter what they played, they just tore the shit out of everything ... imho, that is.
sweeet Jam -> riiipping CONRAD to open with 'Protein Drink -> Sewing Machine' to follow .... second song of the 1st set ?!?!?! I loved the 'Sometimes', especially loved the scorching 'WDYBT?' .... 'Papa's' was waaay hot, but it was the 'Papa's Reprise' out of a great 'Stop Go' that was just f'king INCENDIARY !!! 'Space Wrangler' was as good as it gets .... Also, I LOVED THE ENCORE .... def. different, but by NO means shittty.
ALL IN ALL- it was A GREAT NIGHT ... supp. only 1300-1500 ticket sales .... the floor was only abt a 1/3rd of the civic center, sound was quite good, not to mention HOW INTIMATE it reeeaally was .... JB, Dave & Jimmy seemed only an arms length away from the the back of the floor !
