I don't remember anything about this place.
Don't think they played there that often.
Interesting set list items include "Dead Flowers"
and a rare Bruce vocal on his original
song "When Everyone Knows".

| I actually do remember this place -- it was in the basement of a Japanese restaurant @ 375 George Street in New Brunswick. I actually saw my first Spin Doctors show there! |

| ajax much thanx for the Solar shows used to have some tapes but they have gone by the wayside much to my dismay was wonderin if u have any from the Circle Tavern in Brigantine N.J. the band would start at 10 or eleven and sometimes end at 3 or 4 crazy place thanx again peace |

circle tavern was open 24 hours (I think)
Bands had to play until 4am at least.
I remember it had a brutal concrete dance floor.
But it always seemed to sound good in there.

| ken golo was all doped up at this show--loaded a rig right in front of us and shot it before the show--sadly it wasnt much longer til he was replaced! |

Thanks for sharing this recording of such a cool band. I always liked these guys and wish I could have seen them play. Every now and then I find a recording of this band.
I am curious as to how the 'Eyes' sounds as that is my all-time favorite Dead tune.

| Ken Golojuch (aka, Ken E. Kruise) left Solar in 1994 - three years later - to pursue a civilian career. That's when Kevin Kopack joined. Nine years later, Ken joined Juggling Suns as bassist when Bruce Wigdor (who by then had switched to bass) left. |
