Good show! I was traveling down in NC on business and was able to catch this one. It didn't circulate for the longest time. I wish it had the GTBT because it was high energy (as always). Thanks for the seed!

Thank you! This was my first show. It was in an upstairs ballroom, no stage, they just set up at one end. It felt very intimate, and yet there was lots of room to drift around and lose yourself in the music.

Hey now!
Has "Project 93" ever come across the 1st set from 4/27/93 - The Concert Hall, Toronto, ON?
A lot of people were patched out of the same NAK300's that ended up being overloaded for the first set, but not the second (an adjustment was made.) Those weren't the only mics there though.....although there were not many. Please post the first set whoever you are, if you have it.....PLEASE.
Cheers everyone, and happy Thursday! |

jesus...a true depiction of a convention center. definitely odd when bands used it for a venue, as it was more for stufff like the Western Carolina Orchid Show, or the 4H Agricultural extravaganza.

Yep, strange venue indeed. I grew up in Winston. The Convention Center was big on car shows too. The show was put on by Ziggy's, I guess Phish was too big for the bar. Great night for sure!!!
