| Hello all, here is the compliment to the Marco Benevento show. The Liquid Beat Allstars put on a great show to open and I would say that just the "Help!" alone on this makes it well worth the download. Allie Kral helped them to really light it up for about half the set and is always a great special guest in my book. Thanks again to Matt for allowing me to record. Enjoy folks. |

wow. yay:) I liked these guys a lot. Spoke to Matt for a short while at Logan Square. He's nice. Ran over to the K.Playground to catch some of their late night set. They were playing a Radiohead cover as I walked in. 'Twas fantastic. Enjoyed everything I saw. The day was the first I had ever heard the LBA. Happy to find out that their in the studio recording a new album. This matrix should tide me over untill then.

| yeah I'd have to agree rachelmaechel, this was a fun set, this was my first LBA experience as well. I was thinking about going over to Kinetic after Marco also but had work the next day so partying 'til 4am wasn't in the cards. No problem for the tapes, come on up and introduce yourself if you see me at a show down the line! Cheers and enjoy! |
