notes: disc transitions are seemless,
light broadcast static during d1t03

widely circulated show but this source
is an upgrade to the copy i had. although
a pre fm is listed in the database i have
not heard it and i have doubts about a
pre fm coming out of wnew. that being said,
here's hoping this proves to be an upgrade
to all of you out there so everybody give a
listen and hang loose.

Convert the flacs whether they're 24 or 16 bit into wav files, then audio dvd converter will change the wav files to iso's during a conversion process. You can choose between a 24 or 16 bit burn. What you'll end up burning to dvd will be iso files after the program converts your files to iso. So, what you end up with is an audio dvd that'll play in any dvd player. I guess I'm not sure what the difference is between dvd-audio and audio-dvd other than audio dvd sounds like a lot less hassle and you don't have to have any extra or special equipment to play them. My dvd player recognizes the dvd according to what or how I chose to burn ie; 24/96 or 48/16. You can also choose variations such as 24/48, 16/96 etc. I think it's pretty cool, myself. I recommend it as an alternative to dvd-audio. I'm not sure if it's superior or not. You'd probably be a better judge of that. Hope that helps.

What happened to talking about the music. This show to me is in the top 3 or 4 for the year. The first four songs are my all time favorite 1st fours songs from any show, the MNS doesn't stop. SetII There maybe a handful of better Scarlet > Fire's, the Terrapin is tight as a duck's ass and the Dew, well, let's just say there are musicians out there that would yearn to achieve this level of musical perfection just once in their lifetime. Rockin' Johhny B; Goodnight and have a nice day...........

OK here's my two cents. I refuse to pay that kind of money, Warren is the wrong guitarist for the GD and here's a scenerio that I would like to see. Put Phil in DSO, get rid of one drummer, find a Pigpen guy and have Barraco play straight piano. That's the band

Peace everyone and thanks for the music jk 8995

RE: Burning DVD-A or Audio DVD-V...

DVD-A can use a variety of sample rates, 44.1, 88.2, etc.. but Audo DVD-V is limited to 48 or 96kHz. If you are going to burn an Audio DVD-V disc, use a program called lplex. It is free and you will not have gaps between songs. I tried out Audio DVD creator and had gaps and some other playback issue that I can not remember at the moment. Lplex produces discs that are seamless (gapless), tracks are indexed correctly (no shifting, I think that was the other prob) and playback on every DVD player I have tried. And it is freeware. Great little program - I highly recommend it.
