Patch Info:
There was some other show bleeding through the tape for first few songs,
so I used the circulating etree sbd to patch Me And My Uncle through Bird Song.

Many many thanks ... I had been trying to get this show and one other from the 1972 Project Part 5 but there have not been seeders for that, so I appreciate it being put up by itself! Has it been seeded? Yes, but the entry reads
08-20.sbd-patched.miller.83733.sbeok.flac16
but I feel it is the same otherwise.
If anyone can, the other one I would like to get from 72 is 08-27.sbd.bertha-ashley.21619.sbeok.shnf

According to an old review in Deadbase, San Jose was not a GD stronghold in California. Therefore they did not play in this city much.
Their biggest show in San Jose was at Spartan Stadium on April 22, 1979 (30 years ago). That show featured Brent Mydland's debut with the band. |

I went to this show after picking up my buddy who was working as a carnie in our friend's carnival booth. The auditorium as seated, as I recall.
This preceeded the run at the Berkeley Community Theater, right before the epic show in Oregon. Got in backstage the last of the Berkeley shows courtesy of Owsley. I was working in a federal halfway house as terms of my probation for refusing induction and Owsley came there on his way out of the joint.
