Seeded/Uploaded By Mike Batta

notes: some cuts in the soundcheck. The md5 for disc one is named without the D1. This is the first of a series of mostly uncirculated (as of 4/00) digital boards I will pump out in the near future. The track setup on this one places the soundcheck first, just my choice...rearrange if you want. Please email me with any comments/concerns. Thanks and enjoy the Batta Board!

This is by far our favorite YEM. I would love if someone could make a Matrix of the two 4/17 shows posted. A lot of work, time and effort, I know, but I do believe that this show deserves the attention. Love this show, Thanks for the posting. The groove in YEM is just infectious !!
PEACE

It has been a LOOONGG time since I heard this. I used to have it on disc a few years back and alot of wear and tear took place. I am really looking forward to hearing this. As far as I cam remember it kicks ass from the second Trey says" Lets phuckin rock!".

Look out for the 11 minute BBFCFM. Not sure exactly what the stage antics were for this but it sounds like some crazy stuff (drinking, smoking on stage perhaps? or did Jon leave the stage for a while?).

The next night Page holds a Q&A mid first set to talk about the BBFCFM from the night before. Hilarious stuff.

This is Phish at their most carefree and fun, and it comes through crystal clear on this DSBD. Gotta love it!

yeah i heard in an interview or somewhere that trey forgot it was his turn and just layed on his back for 5 minutes before mike came over and told him. the 4/18/1993 Q&A is priceless, page invites audience members on stage to offer their opinions about what happened. haha

I was at this show and my foggy memory of the BBFCFM is that most of it was done in a pitch black theater with the only lights being the strobes when they would intermittently bust back into the song. I remember Trey playing on his back with his head hanging off the edge of the stage and rolling around a bit. And then the next night Page asked the audience what they thought. Fun couple of shows.

I wasn't at this show (I was broke and in school) but I did get to hang out with the boys afterwords at Ashleys Pub. I was talking to Trey about his opinion on the acoustics for the Michigan Theater (I thought it sucked for Rock Shows) and he said he would put me on the guest list for the next night to see what I thought (first time I was ever gifted a ticket by any band).
I remember being very confused at the show the next night during the Q&A because I missed the antics and was surprised the boys did not talk about them at Ashley's. I recall them being very personable and hanging out with us and the In-Flight Crew for quite some time. They even signed a bunch of pictures I had taken of them from the 1991 Ann Arbor show which was awesome. PHISH always seemed to put on Fantastic shows in A-squared.
Thanks for posting these!

Looks like I'm a little late to the party on this one. If anyone could open it back up, would be much appreciated!
