The "artist" and "date" fields are lively, they will help you fill themselves out. You type a few letters into the "artist" field, then if you wait you'll get a drop-down menu. Pick the band. Then type in the date "03/31/1991". You'll know you've won if you get a description of the venue. Then fill in the rest of the fields. The source summary is a 1-line description of the source (like "matrix of SHNID xxxx and SHNID yyyyy done by jsouth on 06-08-2009). You can upload the txt file, md5 file, and ffp file by just browsing to them. Then click "submit source".

the software for adding a source requires that you have either an ffp or an md5. ideally you create both. but if you only create one, someone will come along and create the other one for you someday. |
