I think MSTaper and friends opened their Saturday with the Booker T and the DBTs show on the Which Stage. In case you didn't know, The DBTs are from our hometown, the Muscle Shoals area. I used to go see Adam's House CAT!, Patterson and Cooley's band before Patterson moved to Athens, Ga., at a club in Sheffield.
This was a treat for MSTjr since he'd never seen the Drive-By Truckers. Not to mention, a legend like Booker T. Jones! I loaned him one of my old Adam's House CAT! T-shirts, but only one guy knew who they were!
This set is pretty nice, taped from the same spot as Gov't Mule and I believe, the later NIN show.

I missed this show. It never occurred to me DBTs meat Drive By Truskers. I assumed DBTs was Booker T"s current band.

| That Adam's House shirt was awesome, haha. The Sons Of Roswell manager was at the board watching this set...I don't remember if Will tried to talk to him or not but it's all good. |

Yeah, I'm surprised more people didn't pick up on the Adam's House CAT! shirt! I gave him two to wear. I'll be wearing them at the Truckers' shows here in Florence! ; ) I'm loving this Gov't Mule show, but I digress. Dick used to manage the truckers. Jason used to hang out at his house and play guitar before he joined the band.
