| If you didn't like the gorge, you don't like phish anymore. Do us all a favor and stay home next time and spare us your 2 cents. |

Thanks for the incredible work you do!
Couldn't make it out to the Gorge this weekend, so I'll just have to relive it through your excellent recordings.
Thank you.

first time I heard the show, I thought the band sounded dehydrated by mid-set 1. second time through, the music sounded much more crisp. pebbles and marbles is a bit stale here; the next one is bound to be much better. cavern is surprisingly high-quality.
set 2: moma is great, light left me confused. song isn't fully memorized yet. taste is warming up, not yet ready for prime time. trey still hasn't relearned the complete conclusion; it's painful to hear so many flubbed versions back to back to back. but that is a really tough line, and trey probably hasn't worked out a complete understanding of how to commit that line to memory, harmonically and in terms of his comprehension of how the line functions on his guitar.
Joy is probably the best yet. Introducing the concept of happiness back into American culture. Likely that a lot of people will hate it right now, since darkness and misery seem easier for many people to believe in.
Gin>Hood is inspiring, very well executed.
There's a great confident robustness to Trey's playing in this show. Very upright, with a lot of gusto! |

| Say what you will about this show in the aggregate, but the improv that begins around 13 minutes into this Bathtub Gin and especially around 15:17 is simply glorious. The jammed out (18 minutes) Sneakin' Sally and Hood ain't too shabby, either. |

| Hopping on this to fill a hole and here the jam that was repeated at SPAC. Little help needed in getting to 100% for some reason. |
