A corregated iron shed in the middle of nowhere with a capacity of 100 and no booze licence so bring your own, unless you are driving. This hall is in Low Mill - one of two hamlets which make up Farndale, which is located in the Yorkshire Moors National Park and it is really...Miles From! Just the place to see a band like this. You'll get the references to American Werewolf In London. This was the 3rd of 4 shows I did and because of the size of the place and the location of the sound-desk (in the narrow corridor at the side of the stage leading to the back room, I opted to do a mic recording only. The other 3 are sbd/aud mixes. The promoters are two local guys who every couple of months put on shows with artists they like. The love Bob Dylan so a trdition has grown that everyone who plays here has to do a Dylan song. Hence Tom Thumb's Blues with the vocals taken by Dave Harding the bass player. Really a good night and a nice way to pass a 28th wedding anniversary - thanks for the dedication Willy - I'm not sure if my wife agrees. This is the first of the four I'm putting up the others are ready and will follow. For those who don't know them you should check this out, go see the band if they play anywhere near to you and buy their records. They may need more than one listen, but it's worth persevering.
