Mics were mounted on my eyeglasses. This was a one off Bob Dylan tribute show, venue was about 1/2 full at the start of the show, 10 pm. Wavy Gravy introduced the second set and gave a eulogy for Norton Buffalo near the end of 'Knockin on Heavens Door'. There was a short break after Highway 61, i left at 2 am with the band still playing, this recording is incomplete.....

Nomo, I had no idea you were recording, and I LOVE the YouTube clips you've uploaded so far. I recorded the show from the back of the room, since it was too chatty up front near Mark's mom where I first set up my Neumann KM140 mics. I have NO first set and a complete second set and encore, which I will post in a few minutes; between us, we'll have a complete show, and can compare audio quality on the duplicated tracks. I'm so glad you were there too! Here's the complete setlist. Songs sung by Stu unless otherwise noted. There may be mistakes in the singer credits in the first set until I check this other recording!

| Right on bro! I had chatted with Mookie before the show and he told me he was going to sing one, but the videotaping wore me out. Thank you so much for staying and taping! And posting! Nomo |

Nomo, keep adding those videos to YouTube, I count six so far! Did you videotape the WHOLE show, at least before you left? That's so cool... And the quality is GREAT, by the way, good work, thanks for the sacrifice. That's me occasionally to your left, in the pillbox hat, twirling...
Um, there's nothing stopping you from upping these videos to Dime or The Trader's Den or some such. I don't personally know Stu's attitude towards audience videos. Since I know him personally I would ask him before I did the upload, but you can do what you like. I suppose it would be polite to ask him first, shall I do that on your behalf? They didn't say "no taping", or "no videotaping", so you're free to act as you chose... I'd love to get the whole show on a DVD eventually, and mabye we can include audio of portions after you left... |

| Ya, i videotaped every second of the show before i left. The thing was, i only brought four 1 hr tapes, i had no idea the show would last so long. I was down to 10 minutes of tape left on the 4th tape, but i guess the second tape still has 25 mins or so on it. Anyway, i would appreciate it if you asked Stu about the video, i add chapters and put a nice title page in there....and ya i'd add the audio from after i left with some sort of artwork....I'd be happy to send him and anyone else in the band a copy too....i would upload it to dimeadozen or the traders den. |
