i have a copy that's tracked a bit differently, but might help fill in some setlist ?s, here's a copy of an email about it:
CD1:

roosevelt played on the last one (baker's dozen). technically robert walter was onstage during that tune, but i don't know how much playing he did. right after ben introduced "stanton moore on the drums and cymbals" (thus beginning the "walk-it-to-the-stage-lip" drum interlude), he turned around and saw walt up there and made a gesture like "oh shit, sorry man, i didn't even see you there!" and i'm not 100% sure when mike d joined, he might've been up there from the beginning and just didn't get a shout out until a few songs in. |
