Thanks for getting my master up! One day I'll figure it out;)
This was a real fun gig! Lots of good energy in the room, great vibe. The band fed off of it.
The mics were attached low on the upper balcony, @ your feet thru the railing, out about 6 feet. I was the only taper, so many choices on Halloween in jambandland.
They did a bunch of Michael Jackson covers, with Karl dressed up as MJ circa 'thriller', and someone else as an earlier verion of MJ.
setlist help is always appreciated. Brooklyn Bowl in Sept was also solid, but 'ween was better.

i don't think there were two sets? at the end of track10 karl says he has to get some water, but i don't hear any break in the crowd noise or band tunings.
towards the end of track13, karl says ron johnson is going to lay down the bassline for track14, but then karl later introduces both chris AND ron on bass. did chris & ron both play bass the entire night? just one song? i can't tell.
that song (track14 - mongo?) was played four years ago, i didn't know the song title back then either.
good show, the michael jackson covers were fun. i didn't think the impersonator was all that good, except for during billie jean when i could've sworn they were using a michael jackson vocal track. they weren't.
anyone know what the real title is of the "hey sister" song?

It was 1 set.
Yea, they switched it up and Ron Johnson took over on bass for the tune, don't remember how long he stayed.
I have seen the title as 'mango' and 'mongo' on other setlists b4 and it is listed on KDTU's setlist as 'Mango'
WAR ("Galaxy") ruled, too band more of their shows didnt get taped back in the day. The live double disc of theirs from 72 is amazing.
Impersonator was ok, but I am almost positive that the Billie Jean vocals were Michael Jackson's.
I got this from the 'comments' section on archive.org of my recording. We should be able to piece it together, though, I think there are some extra and omitted tunes from this list:
