This is an effort to seed all existing MMW shows, and yes, preserving the original SHN/FLAC filesets. The seeding will proceed chronologically for the most part, with exceptions as we feel the vibe to seed other gigs from other times.
Thanks to MMW for allowing their music to be recorded....really, thank you.
Huge thanks goes out to the tapers, without whom this wouldn't be possible...and those that have helped get the tunes to our ears.
And thanks to the other 5 guys I've dragged into this and who seem committed to the cause: Louie, Mike Tom, Todd & Jeff....we're all listening to these shows and hopefully circulating the best versions.

I SERIOUSLY miss the days when MMW treated NOLA as a must-stop on every tour swing through the area. Seems like Workplay has taken that place... |

Thanks to the seeder, the taper, and of course the band. This show has been added to the "official unofficial jazzfest vault". Our aim is to archive and distribute every show ever taped during jazzfest in NOLA. If you think you have some uncirculated fest seeds, or are looking for a particular show, please email sessone@sessone.com for a complete copy of the vault list. Almost 400 shows strong as of 2010-03-10!!!
