I like it as a backup for my other HDD recorders, it is also the easiest to get off the device since its a SD card. It does pretty well on the lowest db setting and with 90* or 120*, depending on where the stacks are in relation to the recorder.

there seems to be some sort of ceiling everyones getting stuck at the same place. the concert was pretty funky, like a good wind blowin on through, floor crowd had some early cassualties but overall got a good vibe

no you must dither it to 16/44.1 to burn it to CDR

I DL Audiacity, but i can't get it to work.(I'm LOW-TECH). Basically, i can't get the songs into Audiqcity, for some reason? I don't want to, but i MAY have to decode to MP3, which i rather NOT do. I'm trying to get this to CD, for a friend of mine who was at this show.

***Make sure you have the latest beta audacity which supports flac***

to dither in audacity open the program

click on the file button at the top of the screen

click open, select the file from the location it is saved at,

it will load the files, the volume should already be maxed

click on file again, scroll down to export and click on that

A box should come up saying edit metadata, only do this if you want to add band info ect to the file. click "OK".

there should be an option with the foloowing "Save as type", choose "WAV (Microsoft) signed 16 bit PCM", make sure that the filename has ".wav" at the end and save. This should convert everything to cd quality with no loss of the highs and lows.
