Archiving Project
Hello folks, this is the deal Im in the process of archiving all my flac / shn disc onto a external hard drive. So as I transfer these disc Im taking the chance to listen to shows I have'nt in a long time and noticing how good some of them are. I want to seed them as a reminder for some folks that have maybe never heard the show or maybe you, have'nt heard them in awhile.

This was a good show, tho supposely jon and Marc was having abit of a feud before the show so Jon stalled on coming out allowing the rest of the band to have that opening Jam. Which I found was the beginning of a new thing with them in opening up shows with a good jam to start the show.

Yes I would say this was pretty good show, not the best version of the "Hot Air Balloon" but still pretty good.

@Cambodi - Thanks for upping the old school stuff before you archive it away :)
@Jamas - When I'm looking for quality shows of a band that I don't know, I usually start by downloading a few shows from LMA (www.archive.org) and sort by "highest rated". That way I know I'm getting a good quality recording and/or setlist. |

| Much fun was had that night. Not the best HAB I've experienced but closest to home (25 miles or so) so it was one of my favorites for that reason. Too bad they probably won't play the whole opera again so recordings are all we have. Jump on this if you never saw the opera and get 6/12/99 too which was my favorite since it was my 2nd show ever. I don't think that one was complete but it was a kick-ass show regardless. |
